Actress
Deborah (aka. D. Elle Davis) starred in and co-wrote the movie soundtrack for a movie titled “Seduction of Innocence” (1995). The movie gained international exposure to the independent (Indy) film industry. The movie has aired on Cinemax and HBO. The videotape, released in 1995, is still available on the internet. Deborah continued all her multimedia responsibilities after completing contractual obligations in the private film industry. Singer/Songwriter
Deborah focused her full attention on musical goals. She married Dave Innis, of the highly successful country group Restless Heart. In this highly energizer partnership, Deborah gained a wealth of studio/production experience. Dave Innis was rated 3rd best keyboard player in the country and Warner Brothers’ Boy Wonder. After signing a lucrative publishing contract in Nashville, Dave Innis and Deborah Innis embarked on a very successful musical career together. Deborah and Dave ended up in Nashville where they co-wrote, produced and performed. A major career decision sent them off to New Mexico where they continued to perform and support local and national Charity Foundations (i.e. Animal Humane Society, homeless mothers and children - Life Manna). This creative duo then realized different musical directions, ending a stressful battle of artistic freedom that sent Dave back to Restless Heart in Nashville and turned Deborah loose in New Mexico to pursue her goals. Deborah was determined to becoming one of New Mexico’s best Indy singer/songwriters with a successful fulltime music career that would grow in the enchanted southwest.
Deborah has kept busy writing and putting together her own CD project. Deborah, more than anything, loves performing and has been working with a hard working band (Chris Ravin Band). She’s currently designing and networking her new company “A Gift of Energy” and a new CD entitled “Motive Driven Drama Queen”. You can call it country, it’s just great music. Deborah is very experienced in the old school way of promoting including walking the new record/CD directly to the media (i.e. radio stations, newspapers, etc.) to promote it through interviews. Deborah has un-ending drive and makes use of her bubbly personality to get her name and projects out there. This energetic, talented song writing, guitar playing, harmonica blowing Oklahoma born beauty is a sure bet to make it. As Deborah often says, “Love what you do. Work at what you love, and look good doing it.”
